MY PSP WORKS FINE WHEN I DONT HAVE A UMD IN…BUT WHEN I PUT A UMD(BRAND NEW) IT DOESNT WORK!!! ANY1 KNOW why?
When i put a UMD in my PSP It makes noises while its being scanned and these noises arent normal they sound like a bombs going 2 explode(this goes on untill i take my UMD out of the PSP) my only guess is the laser scanner is broken.
Check that the umd is positioned correctly and that it slides in without a pop or like you have to push on it. If any of those go wrong easy fix the metal is bent however if not and it still makes the noise the laser is broken.
